Nerdrassil takes its name from a tree — and like a tree, it grows from a single root: games. But great games never exist in isolation. They sit at the center of a much larger ecosystem, and our goal is to follow every branch that grows out of it.

That means we cover more than launch dates and review scores. We write about the hardware we play on, the business and money that move the industry, the policies and laws that quietly reshape how games are made and sold, and the films and shows that adapt the worlds we love. If it touches games or the people who play them, it belongs here.
